Shipping & Return Policy
Orders take 1-3 days to process, after processing time shipping within the U.S is 2-5 days. If an item you ordered is currently not in stock in a specific size or color it could take 1-4 weeks to ship. Please note that most items are on preorder at the moment.
Shoes take 1-3 days to process and 1-2 weeks to get customized. After the shoes have been processed and customized shipping within the U.S is 2-5 days.
Disclaimer: Just because an item is active and not labelled as sold out on our website does not mean it is in stock in every size and color. Items are only labelled as out of stock if all sizes/colors are sold out.
We do not accept returns but we do exchanges. If the item you recieved is to big or too small you can exchange the item for another size within 3 days of recieving the item. The item(s) must be in good condition and no damages. You can also exchange the item for another item with the same price. Before exchanging the items please email me first email@example.com . You are also responsible of paying the shipping rate to send the item back to us.
if you do deciede to exchange an item the new item will not be sent until we recieve your item you are exchanging it for. We do it this way just to ensure that the item is in good condition.
There are no returns or exchanges for shoes. All shoes are final sale.
Refunds will NOT be in place because the customer was not aware of any shipping times or policies. Refunds will only be in place if i have made a mistake on my part or if the customer has not recieved thier item within 6 weeks of ordering.
Cancel an Order:
You must cancel an order within 24 hours of ordering.
I am not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
